Cube are Project Managers and Employers Agents on this Mixed use scheme in Yardley , Birmingham. The scheme includes the regeneration of this 1970’s shopping centre and will provide a 80,000 Sq Ft store, 23 retail units, new highway infrastructure and Public Realm interest. The Centre will be constructed simultaneously with the refurbishment of 122 local authority flats owned by Birmingham City Council.
Cube were Project Managers and Contract Administrators on the redevelopment of this 1970’s office block into a Mixed Use development.
Alterations and construction of a new façade, extensions at 2nd and 7th floors and new Cat A office fit out throughout. At one end there is a 10 storey residential tower which oversails the office space and a 3000 ft2 restaurant in the basement.
