Cube were Project Managers and Contract Administrators on the redevelopment of this 1970’s office block into a Mixed Use development.

Alterations and construction of a new façade, extensions at 2nd and 7th floors and new Cat A office fit out throughout. At one end there is a 10 storey residential tower which oversails the office space and a 3000 ft2 restaurant in the basement.
