Wayne Mullins – Managing Partner

Wayne was previously Managing Director of Henry Riley Management Services for several years before establishing Cube with his fellow Partners in April 2003.

Wayne is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator but has largely diversified into Project Management since the early 1990’s. He has extensive experience in the Retail and Commercial Sectors working with Tesco on their Convenience and Mixed Development formats and Pinewood Studios Group on the redevelopment of their existing Estate.

Wayne has considerable all round management experience and places particular emphasis on client service and strategic business management.

Daniel Fitzwater – Partner

Daniel Fitzwater – Partner

Daniel joined Cube in April 2003 as a founding Partner. At Cube he is responsible for Mixed Use and Developer led Project Management commissions throughout the UK and has 18 years experience as a Project Manager and Employer’s Agent. During this time he has worked extensively for Sainsbury’s, Debenhams, Tesco, PPG, Foinavon and Catalyst Capital.

Dan is qualified as a Chartered Project Management Surveyor (MRICS) having completed a BSc (Hons) Degree at Nottingham University.

Steven Johnston – Partner

Steven Johnston – Partner

Steven was previously Principal of Adtec, a multi – disciplinary firm for 11 years and before that a Partner at Barrie Tankel partnership for 14 years before establishing Cube with his fellow Partners in 2003.

Steven is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager and is responsible for Consultant Project Management and Cost Management commissions for; Spenhill Regeneration Ltd, Big Yellow Self Storage, Newham PCT and Manches.

Steven has extensive experience in Mixed Use, Commercial & Retail sectors as well as well as completing his own Commercial developments; including the redevelopment of a redundant leather warehouse in Southwark into a Live-Work unit for a multi disciplinary practice.

Adam Taylor – Partner

Adam Taylor – Partner

Adam was part of the original team that formed Cube, and was made a Partner in the business in 2005. He currently manages a team of PM’s who are dedicated to the Tesco acquisition team on the Express Roll Out Programme. He is also responsible for cost management of the Tesco Express account, and involved in several Big Yellow Schemes currently under construction.

Adam is responsible for a wide range of tasks including Acquisition advice and risk management after a potential site is identified, advising on all matters relating to the viability of a scheme and co ordinating with legal, planning and acquisition teams. He has also managed several retail park developments, including remodelling a park in Hayes whilst stores remained trading.

Steve Brook – Associate Partner

Steve Brook – Associate Partner

Steve joined Cube in 2003 from after holding a position as Director in a Design and Construction Practice.

Having accumulated considerable experience he has continued to expand his construction based skills in Project Management, Development Monitoring & Construction Programming.

Steve has experience across construction & design in Food Retail, General Storage, Residential, Petroleum and the IT sectors delivering projects from £250,000 up to £20 Million in value & has been on the leadership team of various roll out programs over the last 4 years.

Steve is a member of the MAPM and is currently studying for his PRINCE2™ qualification.

Dean Kassar – Associate Partner

Dean Kassar – Associate Partner

Dean joined Cube in 2006, from the client Waterstones Book Sellers Ltd, where he was responsible for programme delivery of new stores, refits and layout alterations from inception to completion.

Dean graduated from Derby University and has brought a wide range of experience within the construction sector. With a background in civil engineering, construction and project management Dean has a wealth of experience on out of town Non Food retail schemes, the leisure industry and fast track Food Retail projects.

Currently Dean is also leading Cube’s relationship with Pinewood Studio’s Group.
