Commercial
Cube is aware of the pressures on Commercial Developments and the need to work cost effective floor plates and efficient layouts. We work with the design team to develop these requirements whilst also striving for flexible space to widen the market for speculative buildings. Bespoke pre let buildings also require flexibility due to the shortening of institutional leases and general business risk.
We work in together with our Clients to create environments that are unified, flexible and sustainable but most importantly to develop buildings that are lettable and provide good returns and comply with BCO and all market standards.
Our Client base comprises owner occupiers, developers, financiers, tenants and other stakeholders.
Industrial Distribution
These large storage and distribution buildings require a different skill set in order to be delivered successfully.
The scale of the Units places particular emphasis on co ordination of trades between Shell and Fit Out to maximise programme and completion times. Competitive pricing on large volume high value materials to reduce £/ft and improve commercial returns is actively pursued by our Cost and Management Teams.
Cube has delivered literally hundreds of Petrol Stations over the last few years, and have extensive knowledge of these tight, often contaminated sites. We are aware of the Environmental Legislation and the need to work closely with specialist consultants and the Local Authority to satisfy planning and environmental requirements to get these sites developed.
These are small but intensive schemes in neighbourhood areas where close community liaison is essential to satisfy the requirements of all parties. Our staff are up to date with the Petroleum Regulations and understand and work well with the local Fire Officers to maintain programme.
From state of the art storage facilities to specialist Petroleum expertise, the breadth of knowledge from both the Project Management and Cost Consultant teams at Cube means that we are able to develop solutions on a project by project basis that successfully meet the needs of a scheme.
Mixed Use
Our consultants have extensive experience working with investors, developers, end users and Councils which has enabled us to develop in depth knowledge of the complex challenges that can arise on mixed use schemes.
We provide a broad range of services from feasibility, cost control, site maximisation, through procurement and construction until final account. We draw on our knowledge base to ensure that we are adding value, managing risk and ensuring cost certainty for our Clients.
Retail
Cube has in depth knowledge and experience of how this fast moving sector operates. We are able to deliver the skills and solutions demanded by both large and complex Retail schemes and Fast Track Roll Out Programmes based on years of experience.
We understand the need for tight construction programmes and absolute on time and right first time delivery. We work with our Clients to assist them in streamlining their supply chain, driving efficiencies, resource leveling and improving supply chain performance.
At Cube we recognise the Retailer’s requirement for efficient layouts and maximum operational efficiency all within strict specification and minimum timelines.
