He leads the management team and concentrates on the future business strategy for Cube. He is a dynamic and driven team player who develops and leads teams to successfully deliver our professional services.

Wayne works with a number of key clients on a repeat business basis and focuses on improving Cube’s reputation and reliability within the industry.

Daniel Fitzwater - MRICS - Director

Dan has considerable Project Management experience and is the Project Manager of choice for a number of corporate clients.

He has worked with a variety of design teams on high profile projects that demand clear and effective leadership. With an in-depth understanding of technical and commercial property issues, Dan is known for his attention to detail, diligent approach and delivery of key information to drive projects.

Adam Taylor - MRICS - Director

Adam is an expert in the acquisition and delivery of retail, mixed use and residential projects within a fast track environment.

He has set up a number of roll out programmes and process management techniques to deliver volume sites effectively, economically and efficiently over the last 10 years. He has a hands on leadership style and diligently manages a team who operate within strict cost and time limits.

Adam has considerable experience acting as Account Manager for a number of small development clients. He also advises food retailers and High Street coffee Franchises

Paul Lewis - RIBA, MAPM - Director

A Chartered Architect and Executive Project Manager, Paul is responsible for Client Acquisition and Support within the Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sectors, providing over 25 years comprehensive experience in private practice as a Chartered Architect and Project Manager.

Recognised as a Strategic Advisor and Account Manager for a number of Blue Chip Clients, who will drive the acquisition and development programme forward , utilising the experience, ability and management skills to identify risk, challenge where appropriate, and improve standards.

A strong leader, good team builder who is highly focused on customer and client satisfaction.

Paul Tyler - MAPM - Director

Paul is an award winning Employers Agent/Project Manager based in our London Office.

Paul has substantial experience in numerous sectors including both Private and Public and has a robust reputation in the industry for delivering high profile schemes. Paul has previously been the Project Director for Town Centre (Mixed Used) Regeneration Developments in Bicester and Welwyn Garden City managing budgets in excess of £200m. More recently, he has been the Account Manager for a large developer, specialising in mixed use projects, hotels and student accommodation.

Paul is an energetic driven individual focused on exceeding client expectations and is a proven Account Manager developing 100% repeat business with new clients.
